Rule 31
Able to prescribe routes for export and import
The Government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and specify that the export and import of Akhetophar can be done only through the designated customs route, and if so designated, the person licensed to export and import Akhetophar should only carry out the export and import of Akhetophar through that customs.
